Batman (Dark Knight Trilogy) vs Violet Evergarden

My initial reaction was Batman. But after a thinking about it, I'm actually thinking violet.
For one, I don't see speed equalized and Violet has a slight speed advantage
She also has a strength advantage. Her Class 5 to his Class 1.
Then there is the skill. She massacred a squad of soldiers at 10 years old before she became a soldier. And after she became a soldier she was notorious for running straight at enemy firing lines.
The profile lists perhaps Batman's most impressive battle that being a 17 unarmed thugs on one.
For Violet the most impressive was 8 gunmen on one.
Though she lost there were more than a few caveats. Biggest one being that she does not kill and the the fight took place on top of a moving train. She was easily dominating the fight until her unconscious opponents began sliding off the train so she started tanking blows including gunshots so she could pull them back to safety. And she only lost because during one of those moments, a precious item was knocked free of her body, distracting her long enough for one of them to gain the upper hand. She KO'd 4 in 4 seconds and that was about when she had to start pulling them away from falling off the train.
Also, did I mention they had guns and she didn't?
It wouldn't be a stretch to say if she didn't care about their lives or if they were on even ground she could've easily won that fight especially since that is the crux of her reputation. In another scene we see her run at 4 gunmen and KO 3 of them in 2 seconds.
Batman's stealth is also going to be mitigated because of Violet's enhanced senses.
