This is definitely a good one, and a matchup I think of often, tbh. (Love these pics, btw)

I think Cass outskills him, but his reflexes and spider-sense should help him keep up with her since he's no slouch in hand to hand himself. Plus his much higher lifting strength and webbing could be a real problem for her.

Think I'm gonna vote Spidey for now.

She's definitely cooked if Spiderman manages to use webbing or LS on her, but the thing is, she scales significantly above her Hypersonic+ feat, being able to blitz characters comparable to Mach 16.22, so Spidey will definitely have trouble even landing hits on her.

Cassandra also has the AP advantage here. Spidey scales to 0.56 tons while Cassanadra scales to Shiva, who stomped Croc with one arm, and Croc scales to 0.57 tons. That + superior speed + pressure points + superior skill should allow her to just dodge anything Spidey throws at her and knock him out before gets to do anything.

In-Character he just incapacitates via webbing the opponent up. It's usually a given that any spiderman that doesn't have the venom suit would opt to incapacitate than kill.

I don't think it changes much Cass would still go for Incap nonetheless, just that it'll be easier.

Most Bat family/people don’t even kill either and both are heroes. They aren’t going to try to kill each other. Mostly KO each other anyway.

Anyway, Batgirl FRA and they both end up fighting crime together after talking about their lives together

Most if not all Spider-Man in media shown never or rarely kills due to their morals. It’s spider man after all. Same with most of the bat family/people (minus red hood/jason Todd) don’t try to kill either
