Base Nymph upgrade

So I believe Nymph should be upgraded above small-town level in her base

1. Hiyori created a low-pressure front around the area

2. When Hiyori attacked the area she made a huge tornado (and several more) and storm that dwarfed a mountain range and the city.

3. Nymph not only destroyed the Tornado but she also destroyed the thunderstorm too with her paradise song.

Wouldn't this a mountain to an island level feat?

I'm not sure what makes you think that Nymph dispersed the entire thunderstorm, considering that in later panels it's still there.
We see a small clearing in the clouds behind Nymph, but the clouds actually also already had clearings before that panel. So not only does that not indicate that the entire storm was dispersed, but not even that a part of it was.

Dispersing the tornado can probably be calculated, but it wouldn't result in anything relevant. The tornado Nymph disperses looks less than a few dozen meters across and all. Don't have time to make a precise calculation currently.

1. The first scan is incorrect in context. You're showing a scan where Minos tells Hiyori to create another storm to kill all the humans on Earth after Nymph dispersed the first one. Here is the correct context in order for the first scan 1 2 3 4 5 After Nymph disperses her first storm. They found it was Hiyori and then she's commanded to make another.

Also as shown the sky was storm-free when Nymph dispersed the storm.

2. Umm the second scans you showed were Nymph, Ikaros, and Astraea flying through those clouds to the center of the storm to find the cause of the attack. The clouds were apart of it because they literally left from Tomoki house to the city because of the storm affecting humans
Not only that Hiyori affected the entire area potential all of Earth with a low-pressure front as she was ordered to kill all humans.
