Joe has the melee skill advantages being able to target the Achilles tendeon and catroid artery for combat skill both are relatively the same Barry has a slight skill gap but I could see Joe disarming him before fighting as Joe has used disarming methods before on marriane and teddy both are eskrima skills Joe also shows good grappling skills like using a double leg on Brontë or underhooks on Vic but Barry took on Ronny
This is how I see it going Joe disarms Barry from his knife then they engage in a fight sense Barry has a ap and lifting advantage he beats Joe

I don't know these guys but based off the profiles present. Barry in my eyes far outscales Joe in CQC and combat powerless based on the feats present. Despite Joe being able to target pressure points is impressive and albeit notable, Barry has an edge against a world best... The feat present on Joe's profile for Martial Arts is beating an armed bodyguard... Not comparable at all.. not to mention the justification for knife wielding on Barry's end us much more efficient than Joe's side profile wise. Barry also has the AP AND LS advantage.. (That LS advantage is crazy) I don't see Barry facing much difficulty. Far different aspects and far different and incomparable fields of expertise here..

Barry has faught with one of the greatest taekwondo fighters on the planet & technically beat him even while trying to not hurt him. Joe's most impressive feats are fighting with police officers & low-level martial artists, most of which he has a stat advantage against. Definetly think that Barry just skillstomps Joe here

Idk. Joe is inferior to Barry in almost everyway here and it's not to an infinitesimal amount either. Especially skill wise which is pretty much the most important thing here. He gets outclassed. The only way Joe wins 1/10 times in this match is if he gets lucky which even that is unlikely since he's going against the someone who's league he's never combatted before
