Muscular can break the arm of someone who is around 2X more durable than Bane, so he'll without a doubt do more damage than that.

And that same person who is around 2X stronger than Bane cannot hurt him with their attacks. So unless Bane has some other way of inflicting damage beyond AP, I do not see what he can really do here.
