what do you mean with "limited reishi/chakra?"
but with how i see it, bambietta wins, her abilitys can be shot, deidara ould need to throw them or transform them into their big-versions in which they will not hit bambi :/
unless deidara had a plan about how he will catch bambi i dont see him winning, the only way would be C4, but that jutsu also has a limited range, and the suicide-jutsu but it would require bambi to be close,
all in all, bambi with 80/100 fights ^_^
