Bakugou can't see KQ and wouldn't be able to one shot Kira before he can turn him into a bomb without his knowing.

If it's Kira and not Kosaku, than how could he have BTD in the first place?

Well anyways, while Kira tends to avoid close range-combat for the most part (surprisingly), it's unlikely that he'll turn all of Bakugou into a bomb, in fact, he only attempted to do this to either some meaningless fodder and in his battle against Josuke. He would most likely just turn random objects into bombs and throw them at him, which they would hurt him very badly.

And also Bakugou isn't even a Stand User, so cannot touch nor see KQ.

And it's a blitz as long as you don't equalize speed.

Regardless, this is pretty one.sided.
