Azi Dahaka fix (Problem Children)

Currently Azi Dahaka is listed as universe level+ and tier 3A for having held off a million gods, who could each create a universe. The obvious issue here is that his tier and DC don't match, could someone who knows the verse well tell whether universe refers to a universal space time continuum, and if so could he be upgraded to multi-universal, placed at 2C and locked, if not could his AP be lowered to Universal?

So, i don't know the verse well enough to explain this, but Azi didn't defeat hundreds of gods. He held off one million gods. Big difference there.
