As for theories, it's hard to speculate at this point.
I suppose if a new Episode comes out after all this time, it may come along with a brand new character and have a good ammount of focus on her/him.
Seeing something like B. Battler appearing in it would feel nice to me. While she's far from my favorites, having some Maria as she goes towards reaching her full potential wouldn't be that bad for me either.
