I would say Ayanokouji has better hand to hand feats. While Yuuji has beat 3 agents at once Ayanokouji beat 7 agents at half the age. He also has Analytical Prediction and experience against knife wielding opponents like Housen. Ayanokoji also uses his brain during fights and in the Housen fight he manipulated him into stabbing his hand so he could blackmail him later. However, this could change if Kazami uses the enhancement drugs making his AP and speed higher than before.
