The Miracle does a miracle so that Garou doesn't adapt, since The Miracle is a miracle and as we know Saitama had a miracle by being able to survive long enough managing to be a miracle of nature by breaking his limiter, and garou can't defeat Saitama , so he can't beat Gerard
