Sasuke has power mimicry and energy manip, helping him out in this fight. Sasuke can also create illusions to confuse Batman, and has precog, allowing him to dodge some of Batman's attacks. He can transform to f*** with Batman, and portals will help with that. Teleportation can help Sasuke get to where he needs to be faster, and duplication can overwhelm Batman. Finally, Sasuke can seal Batman if he needs to. He's also got a range advantage. However, Batman has a sizable AP advantage and a MASSIVE durability advantage. He's got way more equipment, and is far smarter. Finally, Sasuke's pretty cocky, and Batman WILL take advantage of that. All in all, I vote Batman.

Batman via intellect, experience and fighting ability, he gonna notice that Sasuke is reading his moves even if he can't connect, so he can use smoke bomb to conceal his movements and fight inside of the smoke

Batman has taken down someone with super power that has more experience than Sasuke. His gadgets also are gonna be a bitch for Sasuke to deal with. Batman can just throw knock out gas at Sasuke and he will be down in few seconds and this version Sasuke is kinda mentally unstable and can be overconfident since he is facing a normal human in here.

This Sasuke is really bad at genjutsu, if he can even use it at all. I think Batman can handle sharingan, he's an expert martial artist after all (expert by comicbook standard, not real life). His experience in H2H combat will balance Sasuke's precog advantage. As for weapons, I would prefer Batman's gadget since it's more versatile, compared to shuriken and kunai.

Sasuke's chidori wasn't really good until he got curse mark, he used to get tunnel vision initially. It won't be a problem for a veteran like Batman. Going with Gotham's hero here
