Theory downscales from 0.047 Tons where as the Beast upscales over 0.09 Tons
So Beast has a x1.9 AP advantage, definitely a significant advantage

So Beast has an AP advantage of a semi-decent margin, as well as that natural weaponary. How’s the skill debate go? If Beast out-skills I suspect he takes this with a deadlier arsenal and output alongside the skill to utilise it

Skillwise, he is able to hold his own in a duel with Psylocke who is one of the greatest mutant combatants in the world.

Here are some showings of Beast skill fighting that I could find on youtube: Agaist Magneto soldiers (the last one isn't really a fight and instead is him surprising magneto but meh), his young self attacking Wolverine, against aliens (wtf, I didn't saw this movie so this information is new to me) and against Psylocke, there likely are more but this is what I found.

With the AP, LS massive advantage, acrobatics, stamina, natural weaponry and his quite decent fighting skill I vote for the Beast.
