Asura vs Bowser

Bowser. He's stronger. He has better abilities. He has more abilities. There's no advantage Asura has here over age and size, and even the latter may not be of that much use.

Asura. Psychically Stronger. Far older and more experienced. More skilled. Bowsers fighting style relies on brute force and in this fight would be overpowered making his fighting style useless. If Bowser enters his Giant form he just makes himself a bigger target and easier for Asura to defeat.

Asuras High 4-C key scales to around 0.904 Foe while Bowser scales above 9.88 Foe so there's a pretty clear cut AP and durability advantage for King Koopa, add in Bowsers incredible survivability (Able to live as a organless skeleton and bring his scattered bones together should he be scattered about) and Asura is going to have a hell of a time trying to put him down.

Plus Bowser could also turn Asura into a block or plant, or seal him away if he for some reason can't find himself putting down Asura normally.

Bowser takes this hands down. Besides experience, Asura is trumped in every other aspect.
