Wouldn't grabbing onto the ceiling just make him a massive target considering the rooms and hallways in the Skeld are kind of small? He just gets blasted by Soul Shotgun.

Kind of??? He'd be hopping off keeping distance of Stickman Seek to dodge it.
Guy would still throw bombs at Seek.

He has Acrobatics and slowing aura do dodge. With walls this packed, he'd easily be able to either get Guy into a position where Cabin can either just blast him to death with Soul Shotgun or wall jump up to him to cut him apart with Soul Sword.

Guy's Bad luck could save him it's kind of (keyword: kind of) like Milo's some kind of destruction could happen that would result in both getting harmed but then again Guy's bad luck has to be like something good happening to him...

You said it's bad luck. How would being saved from getting assassinated be bad luck? And that seems like a running gag rather than something that would actually have an affect on a fight (like Marcy's clumsiness).
