See, this is a bit of a conundrum, because Chara has a much stronger feat than Asriel (destroyed all the timelines), but Asriel should be stronger, by virtue of having the equivalent of 7 human souls.

Chara's power is unrelated to human souls. The fact that Frisk' determination let them tie with Asriel already, and Chara was superior to Frisk at their "absolute peak" even before they got Frisk's soul by all means implies Chara is superior.

Necro, this thread is almost a year old. Also wrong. Frisk was LVL 1, and had massive levels of Determination. Chara when destroying the game didn't attack anyone, and there are no LVL 99 character's, at the end of the Genocide Route your LVL is 20. That's all also irrelevant when Asriel is vastly superior to Omega Flowey, who is LVL 9999.

Anyways this thread should either be closed or forgotten again as it is a huge necro.
