Asgore was only hesitant to fight Frisk for a handful of different reasons, none of which are relevant here.

Well... Plasma blasts can reach up to 11'600 K or 20'420 F, which is FAR greater than Asgore's heat resistance. It might be a problem.

On second thought, I vote for Asgore. Not only he's >x1.6 times stronger, but characters like Kimiko, who lack resistance to Heat Manipulation, were capable of surviving her attacks (mostly also for said heat not being able to fully develop given how short it hits the target). Asgore then has not only more skill and a pretty good Danmaku that would overwhelm people with no experience about this kind of attacks, but has also trained Undyne, who uses also paralysis in her attacks.

This doesn't add the fact she lacks resistance to Heat hax, and each of Asgore's bullets are over 9000 F, other than directly attacking the soul. So yeah...

Unironically, Asgore has the skill advantage by being a monster who survived the wars in between powerful humans and monsters, while Stormfront...killed a bunch of random civilians and got her *** kicked by comparable people.


Asgore starts with his Trident attacks. Stormfront will get hit by every single one as not only can they not be conventionally dodged from the distance they are at (4 meters), it actually works in an odd way. Stormfront couldn't even fathom Asgore's attacks.

• Trident: Asgore has shown to be extremely proficient with his trident, swiping it across the battlefield in an attempt to hit his opponent. The trident will leave behind trails of magic, making it impossible to dodge by conventional means. When the magic is orange, Asgore's opponent must be moving in order to not be hurt. When the magic is blue, his opponent must remain stationary. This is most effective against opponents without intel on Asgore as they will not be aware of these effects.

If Stormfront tries to fly, he uses Danmaku + Fire Magic.

• Fire Magic: Similar to Toriel, Asgore is a master of fire magic, using it for numerous techniques. These include calling down undulating waves of fire, creating enormous, inescapable walls of fire, circles of fireballs which close in on his opponent, creating large trails of fireballs which track the enemy, and releasing massive bursts of dozens upon dozens of fireballs which are immensely difficult to dodge.

• Danmaku, Fire Manipulation and Temperature Manipulation: All of the Boss Monsters can use fireballs as bullets for the pattern of their attacks, while also being able to control its temperature. The temperature of these attacks is also high enough to harm Frisk, despite them being unfazed from an overheat explosion from a MTT brand oven, which can reach temperatures of 9000 °F.

Stormfront isn't skilled enough to dodge the Danmaku. She has no experience in fighting someone comparable to her. She has minor pain resistance (At least from taking Homelander's heat vision, but that's it. She got...turned on by it)

He starts with it only to break the MERCY button, which is something he did only to prevent Frisk from sparing him.

Against someone else he'd just spam fireball bullets from the start.
