I'm pretty sure that Asgore is higher on the 7-C scale tho. Ryuko is >>>> Low 7-C Mako, while Asgore is >>>> Undyne >>>>> Papyrus >> Tsunderplane

Mako is stronger than Tsunderplane... and Stat Amplification could help, right?

Yeah but not a lot stronger. Stat Amping is kinda dangerous because it kicks in when she takes damage, but she can't really regen against SOUL attacks

Actually shouldnt Ryuko be a bit above baseline seeing as she's stronger than the Mk 1 Elite Four, who are much stronger than Mako?
