Okay so Code has only fought once with his Limiters Removed (thrashed by Daemon), and he's about to fight Boruto in the next chapter.
Based on his fighting style with his Limiters, he starts fights by placing claw marks around the battlefield for better maneuverability, and to redirect attacks among other things.
I've got no idea how skilled Beni is, but Code should be comparable to Borushiki in skill as they traded blows and were fairly even. Not sure how Borushiki's skill would translate to Momoshiki himself, as they fight completely differently, despite being the same "person". But at most you could infer Borushiki = Momoshiki, who is comparable in skill to Naruto and Sasuke in close combat.
Code has no resistance to fire nor heat TMK, but he could redirect his attacks with his Claw Marks.
Code would essentially be playing around his Claw Marks, whether it be teleporting parts of his body, or his full body to avoid attacks in general
