Arrowverse CRT: True Timeline

In this Thread it was accepted that the universe has billions, possibly infinitely many timelines and possible timelines are existing timelines.
In this thread, it was accepted that the multiverse is Low 1-C (4+1D).

The Time Masters were using Oculus to control the True Timeline. And they said that this True Timeline is not the possible timeline, it's the actual timeline. So there is a timeline that is above the billions, possibly infinite number of timelines that exist in the universe. And the Time Masters don't intervene in other universes and they don't have access. And it is never mentioned or implied that they intervene, are interested or have access to other universes. So they are limited only to Earth 1.

And since the timelines of each universe are independent of each other, and Time Masters don't have access other universe, the True Timelime they control must be limited to Earth 1. This means that each universe has its own True Timeline. This makes the universe a Low 1-C structure and the Multiverse is 1-C structure. And it gives +1 to the extra dimensions above the multiverse.
