The previous part was about John Matrix, the protagonist of the cult action film "Commando", now it's Jack Slater's turn, the deuteragonist from the underrated fantasy/action/comedy movie "Last Action Hero".

Important Notes:
Compared to other action movies, the inconsistencies/PIS/plot armor we see in those movies are real abilities in Last Action Hero (which is a parody/satire of action movies and a metafiction), so that's why there are RW/Luck related abilities in the profiles.

If you mean the second one, I classified it as a luck/probability feat:

• Supernatural Luck and Probability Manipulation (Passive: Jack Slater's action hero nature allows him to never lose[1] and die[1] until the grosses go down, making improbable events occur to help him. Got involved in crazy adventures and always survived[1]. Jack and his clothes were completely unharmed[1] after being in the center of an explosion that destroyed a large house, despite the fact that the shockwave from a less powerful explosion wounded[1] him before. Was targeted by several people armed with guns and was not hit once[1] despite having no cover. Was saved in extremis[1] by Whiskers, who arrived at the right place at the right time even though he hadn't even come here with Slater to begin with. Whitney came[1] to Slater with clean clothes, despite the fact that there was no way for her to know that he was going to need it.)

I am iffy on assuming Supernatural Luck/Probability manipulation. I am also not sure how that is reality warping; law manipulation, physics manipulation. Also, I don't think being a fictional character within a fictional universe grants AE type 2.

Well, the fictional characters in Last Action Hero are given shape through Hollywood's imagination. It seems to me to correspond to embodied abstractions.

I can’t find a clip but in the scene where Jack’s house blows up, he was very clearly still on top of the explosion

Don't worry the clip is in the profile, but just before the explosion we see him being in the center of the explosion, and I don't really count that as a legit durability feat like I explained.

A dynamite that was shot multiple times by Jack Slater recoiled[1] instead of exploding. Can drive[1] a car without using the steering wheel and pedals during a chase. A shot[1] from Slater threw sideways a thug into an ice cream truck, causing it to explode and resulting in an ice cream being threw away at another thug, killing him instantly. A car chasing Slater exploded[1] after a botched stunt, and another burst into flames[1] in mid-air. A shot from Slater with a revolver threw[1] a thug a few meters away. Easily and quickly removed tar[1] completely from his skin, which normally takes several minutes to do. Guns used by Slater have bottomless magazines[1].)

I don't think so. It just shows that the Movies and the Real World are self-contained. Characters leaving their movies don't affect the movie worlds themself. As for the Plot Manipulation, also no, it's just a consequence of being real.

Wait, it looks like Acausality Type 3:
Type 3: Temporal Permanence: Characters with this type of Acausality are incredibly difficult to kill, as other versions of themselves - from other points in time and/or from other universes - can survive the destruction of the "original" and act in their place. This also grants them immunity to changes in the past.

Actually, looking at it I think we should give Slater passive plot manipulation along with his luck as he seems to bend the narrative in his favor due to his role as the protagonist.
