So because there is no calc for any of the non God Tiers of the verse, but somehow they still have tiers, there's finally a calc made by DMUA. Both him and Bambu have agreed to use the vaporisation one which is 8-A, Multi City Block level, and this scales to literally everyone.

Top Tiers
Because this feat is extremely casual, and both of these guys go through at least 6 power ups, I think that both Lone Warrior and Vandheer Lorde should get "At least 8-A, likely higher".

And for those who are powered by the Red Moon, Vandheer Lorde, Eivana and Hawke, in their second key should get "At least 8-A, likely far higher" for being much superior to their previous state.

Others
Everyone else should just get outright 8-A. Quema Tormenta, Smoking Martillo, Vindstot and Hawke fought a casual Vandheer Lorde. Eivana scales to Hawke, and Leo scales to Eivana.

The only problem is Leo, im pretty sure Leo > Vandheer, don't remember exactly. But he would get at least 8-A likely far higher yes.

I don't think we need acceptance here, as the calc was already accepted.

When Vandheer got released from the prison he stomped Leo. Leo only stood a chance at the end when he unlocked his full potential as Armed with Wings. That's why I think it's better to use the 8-A as his base tier.

Well remember at the start of the game when he didn't manage to kill the creature and Eivana one shotted it. I think that implies that they should be roughly the same tier +/- Leo being stronger.

That wasn't a case of "couldn't kill" the creature, but "didn't kill the creature". That's why she told him "you gotta be careful with these". If he were incapable of destroying the creature she wouldn't have told him to be careful, but to get stronger. But yeah i guess comparable to eivanna makes sense then.
