Yeah so since Discord is down, I'll just plan everything here since even NTE already had people scaling them and where it scales.

Basically, I'm neutral on the possibility that Endministrator is 4-A but I'm still inclined to disagree unless it's consistent since we have to consider everyone being 4-A for downscaling.

I think, 4-C for like Endministrator, Zhuang Fangyi, Arcane, Ardashir being comparable to each other and Perlica & Chen downscaling in which 4-C mainly comes from Arcane drawing powers from the Feranmut Heart (the weakest Feranmut is apparently able to create stars and that stars = UES which would be consistent).

I don't know what tiers the others would be though like Mi Fu, Tangtang and Valley-IV characters as I don't plan on making their profiles currently. I really just need a good speed feat since I don't really care about the Lifting Strength even if it's still good that we have one at the very least, but if we have a consistent speed rating that I'm satisfied myself then I could start working on the abilities on the profiles and stuff. Of course, some characters would get like Sarkaz Physiology or Feranmut Physiology derived from Arknights. I'd have to discuss with the others on how high the levels would be but I'm inclined to say it's the highest similar to Endministrator's Originium Arts being the highest supposedly.

Does anyone have a 1:1 Wuling City scaling or nah? The game's Wuling City is kinda small, and Chen said there are cars and roads. But I so not see it in-game. We could say Zhuang Fangyi is City level or lower, and Mi Fu should have MHS combat speed since she fought Zhuang Fangyi.
