Are these statements able to be used for statistics?

In Dragon City, which doesn't have profiles here... yet, each playable dragon has a short summary (like a pokedex entry) that explains what they are and what they can do. Two of these in particular are very good news in terms of their statistics on the wiki.

"Over 200 billion tiny stars exist within this dragon, but the only real star in its life is its Dragon Master. The Milky Way Dragon will happily take you on a cosmic adventure via it's galactic disc!" - Milky Way Dragon

"This dragon was born with amazing speed, but after learning about the speed of light, he decided he still wasn't fast enough. So he achieved this speed and gained the name of Lightspeed Dragon!" - Lightspeed Dragon

Would this be enough to give the top tiers (which these two are) of the verse 3-C and lightspeed?

"tiny stars" makes it sound like the Milky Way Dragon isn't a litteral galaxy.

Lightspeed Dragon would be legit for speed.

Yeah, the best assumption I can think of is if we take the size of the stars and somehow translate them to GBE

I can very likely find something for AP/Durability elsewhere, if MWD's summary doesn't work, no prob there.
