Well, Haine not immortal is not a anti-feat. About interact with her, R/F for 1-A, not tier 0 so why is could be a anti-feat?

Both are the same thing. Shinpei and other character can still interact with her and reach Tokoyo without the requirement to transcend into a higher existence. It still counts as anti feat

Unless you say the right eye is the only thing that is 1A here then I agree but she will not have HDE obviously but I am kind of skeptical about this since this is the same situation as K.E.V.I.N

First of all, all that is said is just that we can observe time from this higher dimension.
Furthermore, this higher dimension is called the Fourth Dimension. In itself this name does not indicate anything about the dimensionality of the dimension in question but it is then shown that the lower world is called the Three Dimension.
This really indicates Dimensionality and with that I think that this higher world is a Low 1-C structure by adding a time dimension to it.

As for interacting with her it is said that the possessor of the eye can do so. This may imply a relationship between the eye and her where through the eye she ascends the possessor to her level of reality.

being low 1-C does not require interaction unless said character have HDE. You are arguing about a hypertimeline here

Already seen it from our DMs. So I'mma just copy-paste what I said from therewhile the manga and higher plane analogy indeed fits R>F, there are a few problems

• It seems this supposed "God" that was from that higher realm somehow degraded to below that realm and into the MC's plane of existence[1-A becoming Non 1-A]
