That wiki has a different system than ours, so even if someone here did know Hololive, they probably wouldn't be able to tell you.

I only saw this now, but I'll respond anyway.
We're not really taking those pages seriously, because their interpretations of VTuber feats and canon are way too wild and stretching. A good chunk of the arguments are using the livestreams of them playing games and not their actual lore. I remember how they were using infinite dimensions because Sana explained dimensions in an Interstellar watchalong, and also were using collabs with Azur Lane and other mobile game collabs to justify tiers.
That is to say, we ignore those pages over here.
