I mean paradoxing might work, but other than that, if we were to assume anything else it would most likely fall under NLF.
Kars has never shown the ability to copy anyone on a higher tier than Low 2-C. Kars gets literally one shot here. Like, all Sonic needs to do is just slap him and he's done.

Hmmmm... I'd say Novel. Because there is little to no proof of Sonic having infinite speed. Novel could outace sonic. So win vie speed.

Technically speaking, end of novel Novel Kars could possibly have infinite speed scaling off the world and DIO but that's for a CRT.
