Arceus Immortality and Regenerationn?

Various reasons. Basically, in Arceus and the Jewel of Life (movie), Arceus nearly gets killed (by drowning in cement?), you're gonna have to look that up. Gamewise, Arceus is not very immortal, as many players of pokemon showdown can tell you (including me).
As for Regenerationn, hard to say. The only times Arceus ever needs to regen is when he's on the brink of death (because most attacks do nothing but annoy it), which he didn't do very well (from the Jewel of Life movie)
