But if a character is capable of Bench pressing 5 tons does that mean they can dish the same amount of force when punching.

Actually forgett some guys on Discord answerd this for me he said

the force he is using to increase his speed to punch is lower. (because has no resistance to force him to use more)
But at the moment of impact (because it lasts a very small fraction of the time he took to rotate his body) the force is that many times greater

Lifting doesn’t scale to ap. for example, a character may be able to bench press 30 stars, but they have universal+ ap

I see well that's sad, I was about to wank Konosuba characters to higher tiers due to being able to life above 5 tons.
