Saw this from one of Superman's profiles where it is stated that Superman is more powerful than a locomotive. What is the exact AP for being more powerful than the world's most powerful locomotive and what tier would it put them at?

Superman's supposed to be capable of tanking a beam powerful enough to blow up skyscrapers, which was calc'd to be 8-A.
Considering we're using the BHP with 89 tonnes and its top speed of 45.151 m/s before derailment, we get 181535099898.2286669 J or 43.388 tons of TNT. This is City Block level or 8-B.
