This really shouldn’t be in fun and games since restricting higher tier weapons is ok.

Answering this seriously.

Doomguy scales equally to the Marauder. Marauder scales WAY above 0.32 tons. He’s in the super heavy demon category, putting above the heavy demons that did the feat in the first place.

IRRC, Mancubus (0.32 tons) << DreadKnights << Baron of Hell < Marauder

Peppino seems to scale at exactly 0.32 tons, albeit probably a little higher with rage mode.

Doomguy should already have a significant AP advantage due to being equal to the Marauder, who is at the top of Demon scaling chain.

Skill wise: Doomguy has accrued all the battle experience from DOOM 1, DOOM 2, and DOOM 64. He’s able to clear hordes of demons such as possessed soldiers armed with chainguns, homing missiles, bullet-hell esc attacks taking minimal damage.

All of these demons are capable of ripping him to shreds fairly easily through one or two hits if we’re taking Nightmare difficulty as canon.

After he his found by the Night Sentinels, he is then forced into a gladiator pit with nothing but his bare hands, fighting 23 equally as powerful warriors.

At the beginning it shows the flashback of him surviving this

AND THEN, the night sentinels proceed to send him to front lines of fighting the invading demon hordes, where it is essentially considered suicide for many Night sentinels sent there. These are people who grew up in a warrior society and were trained from birth at marksmanship and swordsman ship.

Doomguy survives enough to be finally recruited into their ranks, receiving thorough marksmanship and sword training for years.

For reference, a single battalion of trained night sentinels could hold off an entire demonic invasion in their city with just their ballistas.

Doomguy makes it to the very top of this warrior society through sheer ruthlessness and skill, earning the orange rank, which is one of the highest status a night sentinel can achieve.

After that, a civil war occurs, in which Doomguy had to fight Marauders, corrupted night sentinels who have also risen to the highest rank of sentinel society as seen through their orange patch.

Marauders can easily defeat groups of lesser night sentinels and are considered one of the most dangerous demon types in DOOM.

Doomguy, being similar in strength to them, is able to defeat them easily and win the civil war.


TLDR: Doomguy has a variety of experience against many types of opponents and people.

Peppino’s enemies seem mostly simplistic in design, with the exception of a few bosses having some difficult attack patterns.

I’d have to argue Doomguy would win this battle due to the big AP and skill gap. Peppino would have a hard time holding his own against the slayer, especially with his new weaponry that he obtained from the night sentinels.
