If a character meets everything necessary to be level 0. But it is also said that he was born. So does this already disqualify you from level 0? Although in the entire work it is never mentioned that something or someone existed before that character, nor is it mentioned that there was an essence that caused the birth of the character. Is the mere declaration of having been born still disqualifying?
