So, the main party's (Misako, Kyoko, Marian, etc.) Fear Inducement works on the undead zombie Aka Manto, whose soul was lost to madness and is said to be without fear. For a refresher, it's a feature of the game that if they attack an enemy long enough, they can eventually become overwhelmed with fear so much that they go from bloodlusted to begging on their knees for mercy and willing to join their side as a Recruit. So this only adds to the broken nature of their FI.

Also new speed rating!

Kyoko and Misako are able to fight and keep up with Ken, who is able to move at Hypersonic+ speeds according to this accepted calc here.

Looks more like SI to me, which doesn't invlidate the feat, just scales it back from the supernatural. Anyway, do you have a clip of them swaying the zombie?

Yeah, the Fear Inducement just falls under SI on the profile. Not Fear Manip, just very strong SI.

Didn't find it directly through the gameplay but because of the Recruit system, all Recruits must be recruited through the method seen in the second scan aside from Chris, Alex, Paul, Kebako, Wes, Abobo, Ryan, Berserker, Hibari, Noize, Jam, and Sol Badguy, who must be bribed.
