The arm-rip is only Class 25 if you rip it off in a horizontal fashion and tear all the muscle strands apart quickly.

A raptor probably wouldn't do this, as they don't have long arms. If anything they're more likely to just bite or claw the arm off.

That's not how Raptors behave in the game. The raptors bite the humans arms and move their heads from left to right in order to rip them off.

Yeah, exactly. They bite into the arm, which involves cutting through a bunch of muscle and damaging bone and then jerk it a few times. For an arm rip to be Class 25 you need it to be a clean jerk like this or this

I agree with Qawsed; it seems the sharp teeth kind of cuts and does most of the work thus making the feat less impressive.
