His profile:
Anno’s profile states that his negation ability “UNknown” does not factor into combat, however this is untrue. While Akira himself can’t directly interact with others without using his double “Anno”, he can still interact with his environment and the objects inside it, allowing him to still contribute, as seen in chapter 48 where he grabs a book and the artifact Soul Caliber (the sphere thing). This means he can directly have influence in a battle, perhaps through using equipment while the opponent is unaware of him or taking dropped equipment from the enemy for example (the latter isn’t in character, just an example.) We also know from chapter 237 that Anno can somewhat act independently from Akira meaning Akira can act even while Anno is fighting. Furthermore, if the pen hadn’t crumbled as described in chapter 52, Akira could have remade Anno’s body, directly making him useful in combat. Therefore, unknown is very much combat applicable and makes Akira harder to defeat as the opponent would need to both detect plus interact with him somehow and take him out or destroy G-Liner permanently (or get it away from him) to get rid of Anno. I also suggest the profile made into a duo character, with separate ability and stats sections for Akira and Anno.
