(Anime) Pikachu Low 6-B to 6-B Upgrade?

He was able to fight on about even grounds with Latios and then (somewhat) hurt Latios with a thunderbolt. Can we get an upgrade for yellow boye?

I really don't think we should scale Anime Pikachu to Latios. Yes Anime Pikachu does a lot of amazing things, however it also gets destroyed by low grade Pokemon like the god himself Bellsprout.

This is my opinion on this so let's see what others think.

IMO it's better to put Pikachu in the same level as Videogame Pikachu. The rest of the feats should be considered as outliers, both below and above his Tier.

What would be middle ground for Anime Pikachu?. It's very inconsistent when it comes to it's strength.

The same as Videogame Pikachu it's the best option. Since his power varies that much we should stick to the species's power.

That just means Bellsprout is a country destroying abstract God who can oppose even Lord Pikachu.
