Ignoring the comical AP difference, does Sukuna have like any way at all to kill Andy? I don't believe even Makora could adapt to Undead.

Unless Maho gets some cm2 update then no. And even then adapting to Undead requires him to create some nullification of cm2 nullification since Undead is that.

Another thing is, Mahoraga has to be attacked by the phenomena, he can't just see Andy regenerate and adapt, or else he'd have adapted to create something against RCT no?

And Andy here can just one shot Mahoraga before any adapting happens, there's also Andy cutting the soul, something Mahoraga hasn't adapted to and RE has restrictions for arguments like that.

Makora can adapt to defensive abilities too by interacting with the phenomenon (eg. Neutral Limitless) but I maintain that it's an NLF to assume Makora can adapt to Undead.

Any random 7-A with decent combat skills would beat Sukuna, he has no duraneg other than world slash and Andy has a lot more going on other than far higher AP enough to pulverize Sukuna with a single attack

Well no, he adapted to Limitless itself, and Neutral is not defensive, nor is Undead, Neutral is offensive and defensive.
