Not trying to be rude or anything, but in round 1, you said that 18 could be a low 4-C, which is about small star level, but in round 2 you said Tifa due to speed but if you truly think 18 is 4-C, shouldn't she have the durability to withstand Tifa's attaks? Also, I'm not siding with 18, what you said sounds a bit contradictory.

At the very least 1 tenaton, but likely considerably higher. As the scaling goes like this.

Typhoon can generate 1.019 tenatons of energy.

Bahamut Fury is stronger than Typhoon.

Genesis was considered a greater threat than Bahamut Fury.

Zack not only defeated Bahamut Fury, but Genesis as well.

Sephiroth (Who Tifa helped defeat) is stronger than Zack.

I think the speed difference (using this wiki) makes the gap too big

If it was what I personaly think, #18 stomps, but that is my opinion and using this wiki Tifa is just to fast

Yes, however i also think Frieza 1st from saiyan saga is already multi-planet and its on par with Tifa as his 1st form, and since androids are way stronger than ssjs who are already stronger than frieza last form, ill still in denial about the gap.

I cannot see 1st Freeza being multi-planet level, maybe 3rd form Freeza and up but not his first form.

Frieza is indeed Large Planet level in his first form, but Large Planet level+ in his last. The gap between the two is actually incredibly sizeable.
