Android 17 should be low 2-C

Current Jiren against Goku and Vegeta is less suppressed. 17 doesn't scale.

UI goku is low 2-C for his feat, not for fighting a suppressed jiren. Goku and vegata are low 2-C cause they are making him try a little bit more but he's still suppressed. Right now he's going " full power" and nothing really changed, he's still owning em. Honestly idk why anyone scales to jiren at all if he's always suppressed

Actually, I think that Goku is Low 2-C only becuase he foutght Jiren, who had the strongest ki he ever felt, including Infinite Zamasu. Otherwise he would be High 3-A.

Which is an outlier. Where did this strength come from-- when Toppo was fisting him 30 seconds ago? No. 17 is jobbing next to Goku and Vegeta, both are stronger than UI Goku who was equal to a suppressed Jiren, who was stated to be Superior to a low 2-C Infinite Zamasu. 17 can't even stand up to a casual Toppp, who Jiren thinks is PATHETIC.
