Ancient One Dimensional Travel Addition

Ancient One can do dimensional travel without the Sling Ring or have someone else do it. In this scene Ancient One is also capable of using herself as a spiritual anchor to safely send others to other dimensions and then return them to the physical world, as she was able to forcibly send Strange's consciousness flying across multiple dimensions by touching his head and then return him back to Earth. This is not an illusion or magic because we can understand the damage Strange's body does to the environment.

The Marvel Studios Visual Dictionary states that Doctor Strange's astral body was warped through endless converging possibilities under the direction of The Ancient One, so if that counts as Dimensional Travel, this should be fine
These are the dimensions seen on scene; Known dimensions include paradoxes like the Quantum Realm where size is diminished infinitely, the Realm of Madness, the Actiniaria and Mandelibus dimensions, the Quadriverse and Dark Dimension. And I think he traveled with his physical body because he breaks the roof when he leaves the kamar-taj and breaks the chair when he comes back.
