I wouldn't say that. Nothing in 2776's profile suggests that employee's attacks will do nothing. Conversely, 2776 has no ranged options besides fire manip. My vote still stands though

What? His biological manipulation is the result of the radiation he produces (Radiation causes cancer) and his ability to keep people alive. According to the article, SCP-2776 victims died before the cancer took place
