Although he's not really on the same level as Arc Gurren Lagann at all, and I'm pretty sure it meant to link to Gurren Lagann.

So is his Low 5B Tier legit or is he 5A in that form?

And I assume only his final key has probability IIRC

I don't know if Low 5-B is Legit. He may be 5-A due to actual comparability to Arc-Gurren Lagann, but we'll have to look it over.
