An intresting question.....

Every being in the world and the world itself was born/created/spawn from the ideas of a God. In otherwords, the characters and the world was born literally from someone's ideas. This being is able to manipulate the world and its people just by altering/changing his ideas. And should the people or world itself be erased, they will simply come back/respawn from the ideas of the God.

What abilities would the God and the people get?
