If I was stronger than several Solar System level weapons would I be MSS or Solar System+?

Sunday is 4-A with the Key because on top of having the 7th key, which is "paramount over all others" , he is also the first born of the Architect. He's naturally Solar system level, but the key pushes him up to multi-solar-system

He has no 4-A feats the reason, at his strongest it stalesmates the 6 other keys, which is just a higher for of solar system. Also, Solar System AP is vastly wide (over trillion times), so he's just on a higher level.

That does not make him MSS since SS level is very wide.
