How intelligence is Connor, His profile stats he's very smart (able to reconstruct events and crimes from the gathered data using a physical simulation software. With it, Connor's cutting-edge processors can simulate the most probable version of events leading to the picture of evidence he has just discovered and analyzed.)
These are all still computer/andriod levels of intelligence and since he's an andriod himself can't Juryrigg disassemble Connor ?
Either way both having knowledgbe means they'll show up with their weapons right so in this case Jurry Rigg will have

1. Tenn Speed motorcycle
2. Cannon/Gun from the video above 6:55 timestamp

How intelligence is Connor

In combat he can take down elite police officers and guards with better weapons than him. His precog only works on LoS but that's how they're starting. He should be able to predict which of his parts Juryrigg is gonna tear off with prior knowledge and he does get a notification whenever one of his parts is damaged
