Anne's statement is just her ramblings while sedated. While it is coincidental that The Guardian takes the form of her cat, it does not confirm that they transcend space and time. She is in no way a source to be trusted, especially since she's basically high, and of course, merely being outside the multiverse does not warrant any AP.

The gems being able to produce a portal that crosses space-time doesn't really do much, and I feel like the safest rating to give it is upscaling Secret Spell Anne.

There isn't even keys so I don't understand why there's an unknown rating separate from 5-A.

• Possibly Higher-Dimensional Existence (It was mentioned in Marcy's Diary that the Guardian is a cosmic interdimensional being)

interdimensional usually indicates travelling between dimensions, I don't see how being an interdimensional being suffices for HDE.

• Longevity (The Guardian is immortal and has been watching the countless worlds of the multiverse for eternity in its realm)

Is it implied it actually ages rather than being immortal? Since if you want to use longevity, said being wouldn't be immortal, as having longevity just means you age slower.

Intelligence: Nigh-Omniscient (Knows a lot of things as it watches the multiverse, and knowing names of people and knows when individuals are going to die. However, it is not aware of certain moments)

I don't see how this suffices for nigh-omniscience, all I'm seeing is that it just knows a lot and watches over the multiverse, but doesn't say it almost knows everything.
