I want to talk about the Console "God of an alternate timeline" thing.
It's implied within the description of the episode that The Console merely consists of the town of elmore.
"When Gumball is given a cursed video game console, Elmore becomes trapped inside a fantasy RPG world. Gumball, Darwin and Anais have to battle their way through town, unraveling the secrets of their new virtual reality"
So, The Console is only really town level.
Additionally, one cannot use the "Fabric of the universe was ripped apart" as an argument, mainly because it is easily considered a hyperbole, considering it jumped from "A foul curse has been unleased upon our town" to "The fabric of the universe was ripped apart", see how hyperbolish that sounds?
While I do personally belive Gumball is tier 3 at maximum toonforce, The Console is only town level.
Furthermore, this doesn't even scale to Gumball, considering the fact that Gumball became immensly more powerful in the Console world than in the real world, additionally you can tell the console amps people already because 10-C characters like Banana Joe and Sarah are capable of harming The Console,
