Amalgamates Regeneration question

Why the Amalgamates in Undertale have that level of Regen? There's 0 scans nor an explanation, so I'm confused.

Their DT is scaled to Frisk's DT for some reason.

they are still able to refuse to die through regenerating their SOUL[6]. Given that Flowey was able to revive himself through SAVE and LOAD despite lacking a SOUL, thus actually erasing himself from existence at death[1], they should be able to regenerate from the erasure of both SOUL and body through refusing to die if they cannot access the former ability

But Frisk had this level of regeneration on the 27th of this month, through a recent CRT.

Looking at the history of Amalgamates' profile changes, they've had "Possibly Low-Godly" for quite some time.

They never scaled to Frisk, they were that PRIOR to the CRT.
