So, about this little side comic DC and Marvel did...

How do we rate the characters? Do we assume that they are stronger then their unfused counterparts?

How do we rate their powers and abilities? Do they automatically have the same powers as their fusees? Their standard equipment?

Also, wher would access fall on the tiering scale?
