I think Jubei takes this via his Mid High regen and his Absolute Zero attacks. Plus his Illusions come in handy as well.

regarding the absolute zero,jubei has an attack with that and says you gotta erase it to get rid of it,so that means something like existence erasure and anything similar?

Yes, you have to completely erase the shark from existence due to the fact that even if you incinerate it, the shark will regenerate.

There is another way. If you manage to damage Jubei beforeit hits the Shark will disappear.
